Anna M. Ratiner, DMD, MMSc

Dr. Ratiner has been a resident of California since 1990. She immigrated from the Ukraine as a teenager and completed her high school education at Abraham Lincoln High School in San Francisco and studied English for two years at City College of San Francisco.

In 1998 she graduated magna cum laude from the University of California Berkeley and with her interest in research and education she spent another year at the UCB working as a research assistant in the Department of Biophysics and Molecular Biology.

Dr. Ratiner then attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, and in 2003 she obtained her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree. Due to her great interest and a newly discovered passion for endodontics, she completed her residency at Harvard while obtaining her Masters of Medical Sciences (M.M.Sc) degree in Oral Biology and Certificate in Endodontics.

Dr. Ratiner’s interest in biology, passion for working with her hands, and a desire to help people, led her to choose a career in dentistry. Through her extensive training, experience, and love of working with people she strives to provide the highest quality and compassionate patient care.

Besides dentistry, Dr. Ratiner enjoys the outdoors, skiing, hiking, biking and spending time with her husband, Wilk and their two sons Liam and Max.
